“let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.”Hebrews 10:22-23
He who promised is faithful! Praise Him!
Father, I know there have been times in my life when I did not feel worthy of drawing close to You. I carried with me the, “who could love me as I am” mentality. You were, and You are, faithful. In small ways through the years, You let my heart know, fully know, Your great love for me. You chiseled away the wall around my heart so now I can come before You in all sincerity and humility. I can seek You without trepidation that You will turn me away. You have shown me Your unfailing love and the hope we have in Jesus.
Lord, I am so very thankful You showed me Yor love and that You relentlessly pursued my heart. May I hold on to Your love and draw ever closer to You.

Today I will hold fast to Your faithfulness and your great love for me. I will draw near to You with full assurance of who I am in You.
