Doing God’s will
Father, thank You for the reminder that all we need to do is Your will. For by being with You and doing as Jesus did, we also show the world who You are. There is no need to get to anyone else’s level or have pointless debates to gain people to our viewpoint. They will know us, and therefore You, by our love. When we speak Your truth in love, we can silence anyone.
Lord, let all that I do be done in love. May it show who You are so that there can be no room for doubt. Help me, when needed, to keep my tongue held back and wits about me.
In Jesus Name
Today I remember that there is no need to debate the things that are disputable. Your truth is Your truth, and I need not bring myself down to senseless arguments that do not change minds. Only You can soften people’s hearts and open their ears. I will speak Your truth in love and leave the debates for debate teams.
