“Yet I am always with You; You hold me by my right hand. You guide me with Your counsel, and afterward You take me into glory. Whom have I in heaven but You? And earth has nothing I desire besides You. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” Psalm 73:23-26
God is the strength of my heart! My portion forever!
“I am always with you”-God.
Father, I sit here this morning and ponder these words- strength of my heart, portion forever, always with me, nothing more I desire- It is You God. You are all these things to me and so much more. Even when I may want to hide, You are never far off. Your presence stays close. You are an ever watchful, loving Father. I am a weak and fragile human who needs Your strength to fill me and sustain me.
Lord, thank You that You are always with me. May I never forget that You are ever present.

Today I will not seek to run from You, Lord, but rather run to You with my arms wide open.
