“Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge.” Psalm 62:8
God is my refuge! Pour out my heart to Him! Praise God!
Father, I long to be able to pour my heart out to You; all my heart, even the parts that may be hurting or angry or scared. You know I have these feelings in me and still You desire for me to release them to You.
Lord, let no part of my heart be hidden from You. May I remember Your goodness and how I can trust You with all of me. Let me let go and give You all my heart. Release me from this place of thinking I need to hold back. May I pour out my heart to You with full abandon knowing You will never let me go. In letting go, You will hold me closer.

Today I will pour out my heart; the good, the bad, the ugly. I will not hold any part of my heart back from God for He already knows what is in it. I am safe in His arms, and I can let my heart cry out.
