“Blessed are those who fear the LORD, who find great delight in His commands.” Psalm 112:1
Find delight in His commands.
Father, like any loving parent Your commands are meant not to harm me but rather to help me. They guide the steps of my days and keep my heart in time with Yours. All that You do; all Your commands lead back to You, my rock, and my salvation. Where You are is where my joy is found and where my freedom lies. It is a true blessing to fear You in love. Following Your commands is no burden. It does not weigh me down. It lifts me up closer to you.
Praise You Father!
Lord, may I always live my life open and willing to follow You. Let me remember Your commands are a delight and not a burden.

Today I will face the day open minded, arms wide open, palms up, and heart abandoned ready to let You lead. I will remember that You are a good, good Father and obeying You is a joy.
