“Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the LORD that will stand.” Proverbs 19:21 ESV
The purpose of the Lord will stand.
Father, if it, whatever it may be, is not built on Your firm foundation it will fail. All our lofty ideas and goals will be just outside our reach when we place our plans and hearts on anything but You.
Lord, help me to always remember that You are my firm foundation. Help me to build all that I do upon You and Your word. Help me to seek You first. Let me not do anything out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but rather for Your glory.

Today I will place all my plans before you no matter the size of them. I will seek Your face and Your guidance before I make any step forward. I know that any plan, not made with Your foundation, will only collapse.
