Walk in obedience…
How great is it to live in fear and obedience to Your unfailing love! This fear is reverent and full of awe. It is not fear based on scared intimidation.
Father, thank You that walking in obedience to You is a joy and not a chore. We can, so often, fight in this world to not be obedient to anyone or anything. We often seek to control everything in our lives. Yet, when we let go and let You control, by being obedient to You, we find true rest and absolute joy.
Lord, You are so good to us and I thank You for the joy I find in obedience to You. May I never let this joy go.

Today I will open my ears to hear Your voice and I will step out in obedience to You.
