“I lift up my eyes to the mountains- where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip- He who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber or sleep.”
Psalm 121:1-4
Father, thank You for being the one, the only one, who can (and will) truly help me. Everything in this world is so fleeting. You alone are constant and unfailing. You made the heavens and the Earth. You watch over all that I do. You pick me up when I fall, direct my path, and guide my way. I need only to rest in You and You will provide all that I truly need.
Lord, may I never forget that my help comes from You and, if I stay connected to You, You will never let me slip. Praise You Lord!

Today I will hold fast to You, Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. I can rest in the truth that my help comes from You and You alone.
