“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23
Love. Joy. Peace. Forbearance. Kindness. Goodness. Faithfulness. Gentleness. Self-control.
Father, thank You that all these things come out from us when we abide in You. They truly are fruit of Your Spirit within us. We need only to stay connected to You and let Your Spirit lead for them to manifest in our lives. When they do, the world around us can see You for these are Your attributes too Lord.
Lord, may I grow in my abiding in You. May I remember to call upon Your Spirit within me. May I set my “self” aside so the fruit of Your Spirit may come forth in abundance.
Lord, may people know You through the fruit seen in my life because of Your Spirit in me.

Today I will remind myself to abide in Jesus. He is the vine, and I am the branch. To bear fruit, good fruit, I must remain in Him.
